Returns and exchanges are free and available for items in a like-new condition with original tags attached for a store credit that never expires. Don't worry, we do provide the option for your store credit to be converted into a gift card for your best friend! For in-store purchases, items must accompany receipt within 10 days of purchase. Online purchases are eligible for returns and/or exchanges if a request was made within 10 days of the package being marked delivered. To complete a return, please visit our return portal here. Please review the items that are ineligible for returns/exchanges in the list below beforehand. Before requesting an exchange, please contact us via chat box or phone at 301- 580-0059 to confirm that your size exchange request can be fulfilled.

Absolutely free! We consider bra fitting as a form of self-care! Who says that lingerie is only for our loved ones to enjoy us in? To find the perfect fit, your "me-time" appointment can last 30 minutes to 1 hour, but don't worry - time always flies when you're having fun! We carry a thoughtful selection of bras in band sizes 28-52 and cup sizes AA-N. Our beautiful intimate lingerie is available in sizes X-Small-5X.

Yes! We pride ourselves on providing a luxury experience for women with and without breast cancer (we call them Blossoms). We intentionally carry a wide selection of bras varying in brands, sizes, styles, and colors with band sizes 28-46 and cups AA-N!

Absolutely, our gift cards never expire and can be purchased in-store and online here!

To protect our valuable sales team, we are a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards and Cherry Blossom Intimates gift cards. We love our community and take all donations and advertising opportunities very seriously. We have a set amount of budget resources that we are able to allocate for community giving. All applications will be reviewed on the 15th of the month prior to allocation; therefore, we are unable to promise fulfillment of all donation requests.
