In stress filled times like these, its good to reflect on how we can better ourselves from the inside out. Self-Image is an issue that affects women and girls of all ages. However, for some, self-image is a negative topic. Many women did not gain great self-esteem and image lessons from home. And many girls are not happy with their bodies.
