How fast is your shipping?

  • Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option.  Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Cherry Blossom Intimates is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered. 

How long does U.S. shipping take on the weekend or a holiday?

  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

  • Orders placed on a U.S. holiday will ship the following business day.


We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Can I change my shipping method or shipping address?

  • Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or deliverable address. 

I need to cancel. What can I do?

  • If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please message us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

How do I track my package?

  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation.
  • If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
